Choral Camp 2019
Does your child like to sing? Would they like to learn skills like reading music? During this one-week (Monday-Sunday) day camp, young singers will get the opportunity to learn and perform a wide range of styles of choral music from ancient to contemporary.
Here is what they will experience at our camp:
Healthy snacks will be provided daily. The camp activities include rehearsals, workshops, crafts, outdoor games and the final concert - and, weather permitting, a trip across the ferry to the Halifax Waterfront.
Early drop-off (8:00 a.m.), late pickup (5:00 p.m.) will be available but must be indicated at the time of camp registration.
The camp features amazing guest artists, bringing together different styles and backgrounds, making the camp a truly unique opportunity. Open to all denominations and musical abilities.

- Vocal training – learn how to sing properly
- Develop listening and music reading skills
- Learn choir etiquette
- Work with choral and other professional musicians
- Perform in the final camp concert(s)
- …all while having fun!
